ITCD TRUST OBJECTIVES
- To facilitate transformational leadership and development, mentorship and coaching programs for communities at different levels.
- To coordinate the participation of community members in their diversities and other like-minded organizations in the activities of the Trust
- To build the capacities of women, men, youth and children to meaningfully develop their communities in a transformative manner
- To carry out field and desk research on issues affecting communities so as to build on already existing theories aimed at enhancing the efforts of the Trust in promoting transformational development from the grass-root to the national level.
- To fundraise and mobilize resources in fulfillment of the Trust’s objectives, programs, and strategic plans.
- To identify, affiliate, and support (financially or otherwise) other initiatives and organizations that pursue similar or any of the above-listed objectives locally, regionally, and internationally.
- To carry on any business as may from time to time be agreed by the Trustees
