How to find your school profile on A-Better-Africa

  1. When you first land on our home-page, A-Better-Africa, select 'places of learning'.
  2. Search for your school on the 'search bar' on the right side of your screen.Ensure correct spelling but if you don’t find your school listing immediately, please try a few options, as the Department of Education's list may not be exactly as per the name you use.
  3. Once you've found your school profile, click on your school name and you'll be directed to the home page of your school profile.
  4. If you have found your school profile, and you're the principal of the school. It’s important that you become the ‘owner’ of your school profile, on the home page of our platform, scroll down and select ‘contact’. On the information box select ‘general information’, scroll down and type in the required information. And on the ‘comment’ block detail that you’re a principal, which school you’re representing, your school district and that you want to own the profile. When you’re done, submit.
  5. Our team will approve the listing and make you the owner of the school profile after following a verification process, which will enable you to invite members and add content to the school profile.
  6. If you don't find your school profile, click here, to read how to add your school, if it's not listed on our platform, a-better-africa. Or contact our team by scrolling down and selecting ‘contact’ again at the bottom of your screen.
