Please browse the topics below to find a workshop that is relevant to you and your participants needs. Each topic is introduced with list of benefits that you may want to send out before your workshop so that everyone knows what to expect. You will also find a timing plan that shows you how to break each workshop down into smaller sessions. As teachers, we often don’t have a whole day to discuss a topic, so rather break it down into smaller sessions that are more impactful, and that you can introduce over time.

All our Courage workshop topics have an introductory video, a presentation with speaker notes, and the various posters or workbooks you will need to run the participatory exercises.
