Infrastructure & Resources: The "Myth of the Lab"
The Challenge:
Many schools lack libraries, science labs, and reliable electricity. This often leads to a "theory-only" approach, where Science is taught from a chalkboard without any practical engagement. Teachers feel paralysed, believing they cannot teach 21st-century skills without 21st-century equipment.
The Solution: "Frugal Innovation"
- Kitchen Science: We do not wait for the government to build a lab. We use "Frugal Innovation"—using household items (vinegar, bottles, local plants) to demonstrate complex scientific principles.
The World is the Lab: We use the environment outside the classroom for Biology and Geography. We use mobile phones for research. The lack of infrastructure becomes a driver for creativity, not an excuse for passivity.
