WhatsApp Channel Challenge
Posted by Mark B Ballot on 18 June 2024, 18:05 SAST
As you are aware we have been creating WhatsApp Channels for your schools.
These Channels will grow to become communication Channels for the entire school community on programmes we run and the great work you do.
We have already established a channel for your school and have starting posting some daily posts on them.
We will start posting school-related posts more in the 3rd term.
*Our next step is to grow each schools channel to include more teachers, parents and community members*
So for the next 2 weeks we are going to run a little fun competition.
*We are challenging each school to grow their channel to 50+ Followers by Friday 29th June*
The first school to do that will win a special prize!
In order to invite people to join your channel, simply forward these simple steps.
(We are using Crystal Springs as an example)

Today we learn from world renowned author, speaker and coach Tony Robbins.
The 90-second rule is one of Tony Robbins’ natural remedies for anxiety. Accept that you feel fearful in the moment and look at a timer or clock; you have 90 seconds to feel terrible. Align your head and your heart through heart breathing and allow yourself 90 seconds to feel self-pity or fear or anger or worry. Then change your focus and let it go. Move on for good and accept that those feelings are in the past. Once you do this enough, getting rid of anxiety becomes easier, because you’re accepting the feelings instead of pushing them away.
