SEL - Self-management
Self-management can be defined as one's ability to manage our behaviours, thoughts, and emotions consciously and productively.
Self-management is closely related to self-awareness and follows from its development in many ways. For example, the CASEL framework describes self-management as the ability to “manage one’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviours effectively in different situations” to achieve personal aspirations.
