Project resources for schools

Why Seed?

SEED promotes resilience in people and communities, using permaculture education and skills to redesign our cities and settlements.

SEED is an award-winning Non-Profit (052-326 NPO) and Public Benefits Organization, growing real resilience in people and restoring communities from within. SEED has spent 14 years pioneering the growing of Outdoor Classrooms in under-resourced schools across South Africa. This program went national between 2009-2012. We remain committed to connecting children to their ecosystems and teaching food resilience skills and are open to collaboration and partnership to this end.
