Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls (OWLAG)- South Africa held a Mental Health Seminar on 9 October 2021. Hosted and facilitated by its Executive Director, Ms Gugu Ndebele, panellists were; former Miss South Africa 2020, Shudufhadzo Musida, who shared her perspective and experience on mental health, and the OWLAG Dean of Students, Ms Thembi Mkhwanazi Dube.

The Dean of Students spoke about the work that the Academy does on mental health. Additionally, OWLAG Alumna, Sasha-Lee Setzin spoke about her perspective and experience on mental health and how OWLAG prepared her to deal with her mental trials. Watch it here.
