On Tuesday 27 June 2017 The Tiger Brands Foundation held a function at our school.
The Tiger Brands Foundation was established for broad based community impact and is for the benefit of no fee paying schools,
The foundation established an in-school breakfast feeding programme to compliment the lunch provided by the Department of Basic Education which is the National Schools Nutrition Programme.
The event was very successful, our school choir sang our school anthem. Deben Primary had various items which included a band, and Nama dancers. Maikaelelo Primary recited a poem.
After the function each learner received food hampers for the holidays.
